With a background in architecture and planning, Liam brings technical knowledge from both disciplines to Milestone, understanding planning policy context and architectural detailing. Liam’s creative personality and eye for detail mean he is naturally best placed to be Milestone’s 3D & 4D Planner, as well as offering clarity and simplicity to all the projects he is involved with.
Liam is an active team member, striving to help and provide knowledge in every situation. He has strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, ensuring the best solutions are always found. He is also the team member most likely to find the next innovative solution.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Liam graduated with a dual degree in Architecture and Planning from UWE. He obtained an Upper Second Class (2:1), gaining accreditation from both RIBA and the RTPI while gaining a deeper insight into professional practice as well as technical and creative skills.
Before Joining Milestone, Liam worked with an architects' studio, developing a Community-led Neighbourhood Plan in conjunction with a resident’s group. Liam found the project highly rewarding and enjoyed enabling an unfunded community group to discover how to develop their neighbourhood for a better future.
Liam’s first individual project at Milestone was the tender for Newtown Medical Centre. This involved groundworks, steel frame, traditional roofing and a high spec medical build & fit-out, requiring a programme and methodology. With Liam’s excellent work on the project, the contractor was able to win the project.
