In ten years, we have grown from one man and his laptop to a team of planners, graphics experts & bid professionals, working with the biggest names in construction. This is simply because we do good work for our clients, on time and on budget and always do what we say we will.
Ahead of the game
We reinvest in profits into our clients and into new services so we can offer clients new tools before they know they need them! We do this by encouraging our staff to update their skills regularly and to introduce any new ideas into the business, which we then back with an R&D budget. So far, we have invested in a graphics team to produce high quality 2D and 3D images and 4D videos, recruited in-house bid writing expertise, and are currently investing in Project BI, enabling us to create dashboards for clients to use.

Our ethos is to support our team and our community. We believe that this is the best way for a business to prosper and grow sustainably. We include our team members in business decisions, give each person five charity days every year, take part in fundraising events, and vote on our monthly charity donations. We are shirt sponsors for Bath Rugby and the Royal Engineers Rugby League - as a veteran-led team we enjoy enabling the rising stars of the future.
